It make me notices things I never noticed. Like for example, that certain day when I keep facebook-ing - playing tetris, chatting with some secondary school friends and so on. Like how many times I actually side-track and thus leads to lack of sleep in that particular day.
It might not be very accurate because I usually forget to key in when I’m awake because I’m in the rush to school or somewhere else.
Then, I found out what I keep eating and drinking. (Maggie mee and tea). Usually eat maggie at around 1 to 3 am. Some habits that I never really noticed.
